Visitor visa (subclass 600)

Visitor visas are available for temporary visits to Australia, including holidays, spending time with family and certain business activities. There are different streams, including the Tourist, Sponsored Family, Business Visitor and Frequent Traveller streams. Each stream has different requirements. We can help you choose the suitable option and prepare the documents needed for your application.

Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485)

The Temporary Graduate visa allows eligible international students to remain in Australia after completing their studies. The main options include the Post-Vocational Education Work stream and the Post-Higher Education Work stream. Your eligibility and length of stay depend on your qualification and circumstances. Applicants must meet the English and Australian study requirements, while a skills assessment is also required for the Post-Vocational Education Work stream. We can assess which stream may apply and guide you through the application.

Resident Return visas (subclasses 155 and 157)

Australian permanent residence does not provide an indefinite travel facility. If your travel facility has expired or is close to expiring, you may need a Resident Return visa to travel overseas and return as a permanent resident. Former permanent residents and former Australian citizens may also be eligible in some circumstances. The length of the travel facility depends on your time in Australia and your ties to Australia. We can assess your eligibility and assist with the application.

Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) reviews

Not every visa refusal or cancellation can be reviewed by the Administrative Review Tribunal. Your decision letter will confirm whether you have review rights and the deadline to apply. We can review the decision record, explain your options and assist with preparing the review application and supporting documents. Strict time limits apply, so please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the decision.
